Walter Halls After School and Breakfast Club

We have a Breakfast Club every morning during term time from 8:00am – 8:40am.  Please note children should not be dropped off at school before 8:00am and young children (i.e those in F2, Y1 and Y2) should be accompanied to breakfast club and not be left to make their own way from the school gate.  Places must be pre-booked and paid for in advance.  Completed booking forms should be handed into the school office along with full payment.  Booking forms can be collected from Lyn Henshaw in the school office.

The After School Club is for children aged 4 - 12. We operate every night after school during term time from 3.15pm - 6.00pm. The club is open to all pupils of Walter Halls Primary School as well as children from other local schools.

There are lots of things to do at the After Schools Club. We have the use of a specially designed and furnished area in the basement of the school. We also make full use of the school field and Astro turf. There are lots of different games and many activities to do every day. There is also a reading area and a TV area where you can just sit and relax. We provide a snack and drink during the After School Session.

Places must be pre-booked.  Please contact the After School Club on 0115 9564862 for an application form.

Cares for Kids

Cares for Kids is a unique charity set up for Nottingham City to support parents and carers to give their primary school aged children a good start to the day by providing a healthy free breakfast to those who need it most.  A partnership of Business in the Community, businesses, One Nottingham, schools and volunteers are changing these children's lives and raising their aspirations.  We have all come together to create Breakfast Clubs which are giving children the best start to the day.
